Visita inesperada al Legion of Honor, exhibition de Manet & Morisot
Impresiones tecnicas:
brochaso rapido, la sombra y la luz contraste tenue, colores neutrales, bien muteados.
contrastante en y los labios.
La textura de la pintura en si, parecen muchos brochasos uno sobre otro como trabajado. Pero en otros casos, es distinto. Los brochasos y la textura es bien super suave.
Esta pintura de Morisot fue mi favorita de toda la exhibicion. El drama y el contraste de ese vestido blanco, crea una geometria visual abstracta perfecta. Luego uno se acerca a la pintura, y mira el trabajo teccnico, exquisito. Increible pintura, la quiero para mi.
This painting of Manet was my second favorite one. What got my attention was how sexual it is. Is clear to me he was lusting after his sister in law. I can see he was fascinated with her beauty. This painting is specially sexual. the red muddy background, the hair, the black lace, her posture, her skin, about to be expossed. I see in her face some sort of invitation, to him. Come, take me. Wonder how many nights they both started masturbating exactly at the same day and time, a perfect mirror of the other. I am sure it happened, more then once. This painting also shows her youth and innocence, which makes me think of "lolita" . So very sexual, pure and beautiful this painting was. What is funny to me is how they censored the other paintings, for nudity. Yet, this one withouth the nudity would be the most "inmoral". but that's how the artist plays with the walls of social conducts and manuals.
